Light Unto My Path

_"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path."_
—Psalm 119:105 (KJV 1611)

In a world filled with uncertainty and confusion, the Word of God serves as an unchanging and reliable guide. Psalm 119:105 beautifully illustrates the power of God's Word in illuminating our lives. Just as a lamp provides light in the darkness, God's Word offers clarity, direction, and comfort in times of need.

This verse reminds us that God's Word is not only a source of wisdom but also a practical guide for our daily walk. When we feel lost or unsure of our next step, turning to the Bible can provide the direction we need. It is a light that dispels the shadows of doubt, fear, and confusion, helping us navigate the challenges and uncertainties of life.

Reflection:
- Think about a time when you felt lost or uncertain. How did turning to God's Word provide you with guidance and reassurance?
- Consider how you can make God's Word a regular part of your daily routine. Whether through reading, meditation, or prayer, let it be the light that guides your path.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of Your Word, which illuminates our path and guides our steps. Help us to seek Your wisdom and direction in all that we do. May Your Word be a constant light in our lives, leading us closer to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
