.Royalty Sparkle Metallic
From: Hobby Lobby

Crochet Hook  Size P
Two Yarn Threads Thick

Beads
15 18mm Silver Plated Metal Heart Beads
Sew on and glue

To sew on these beads use matching thread
and a regular needle. I do not tie a knot yet, leave around 1 and 1half  to 2 inches of thread out rather than tieing a knot.  Keep the thread doubled.
Sew from right to left of the bead.
*With your needle grab yarn one-fourth inch from the entrance. Then go through the bead going out
the exit and grab one-fourth of yarn then pull upwards on the needle and thread.  Work the thread under the bead.  Then bring the needle back to the entrance and repeat *   2X.
Now wrap the thread around the bead edges pull securely 2X.  Then make a small stitch just under the entrance 3X layer. Take your needle through the last loop to knot it.  This is to secure it.  You should see no threads.  Now use the jewel glue under the bead.  Use the back of your yarn needle to apply the glue then clean your needle. Put pressure onto the bead for a few seconds.  Move onto the next bead.

Double - Layered Lace Flower Granny Square

Double-Layered Lace Flower Granny Square

Double-Layered Granny Square.  This is just putting two regular
granny squares together then adding an additional row
to sew them together.
The granny squares have 5 rows then 1 more additional row to put them together.
Then sew on the Lacey Flower with
a yarn needle and matching yarn.  Sew a bead or button onto the center.
Make 16 double-layered squares.  Each square will have a bead.

Project Supplies
N Crochet Hook
Yarn Needle
Matching Thread
16 Beads or Buttons
Small Crochet Hook
(To Hide Short Threads)
Double Crochet - Single Crochet

for Smaller One
18 Squares

Yarn Supplies
Red Heart Stripes - 6 skeins
Solid Turquoise Yarn

Lacey Flower Applique
Make a Magic Ring = MR  - Follow Here To See MR
Double Crochet = DC 12 times in the MR
The first DC is a Ch = Chain 3
Slip Stich = SS closed at the top of the beginning chain 3
Pull the center yarn thread to tighten the center closed.

Now Ch 4 in the same space the SS into the same space making a loop.
*Single Crochet = SC into the next space Ch 3. SS into the same space making a loop.
Continue at * until you put a loop into each space.  SS close at the bottom of the first chain 4.
Tighten the center yarn thread again.  Cut the thread from the yarn supply then weave the yarn thread to the center with your yarn needle.  Tie the two center threads together 3x. Tie
the Lacey Flower onto the center of your Granny Square.  Use a yarn needle and the matching yarn sew just around the top of the spaces but below the loops.  Go in then out then go back through the out but slightly over and back through where you went in.  Go back where you came in but slightly over then back out. Then go forward to another section and do the same all the way around.  Cut the yarn then hide the end by weaving it into your work.  Smooth out the applique.

16 Of the smaller glass beads - One On Each Flower.
I purchased these beads at Michaels Craft Store.
Buy 5 strands.
You will have beads leftover --
all the larger ones.

Sew all the squares together with matching yarn.
Each row consists of four squares.  So make four rows of four squares - then sew
all the rows together.
or
three rows of three or four - for a smaller size.

Tweedish Decorative Basket

I'm working on a couple of projects this basket is one of them.
I'm working on 3 lapgans.  Almost finished with all of them.

Size N Crochet Hook

4 skeins  Red Heart Multi-Color Reef.
1 skein Cafe Latte Brown and 1 Coffee Brown,
1 Real Teal,  1 Turquoise,  1 Minty or light Turka.

Red Heart Yarn -  3 yarn threads on the basket

The entire bottom is made with the Multi-Colored Reef.
The top four rows are Cafe Latte.

The center of the flower is Cafe Latte.
The next color is Coffe Brown
Then The Real Teal continues nearly to
completion.  Turquoise for the center button.
Then the lighter minty blue and at the end.

I worked with two threads throughout the whole flower project except
for the minty blue
at the end.

I followed this pattern on u-tube but I decided to add a solid color at the top with the
Cafe Latte.
Then I made this applique to adorn the front.

Cafe Latte
Start: Row One:  the project with a Magic Ring  (MR)  sc 10 and pull the string to tighten the ring.
 SS stitch closed.

Second Row: Ch 2 + 1 DC = 2DC - DC 2 in each sc around,  Dc 1 in with the ch2.  SS closed.  20 DC

Coffee Brown
3rd Row: Chain 2 + 1 DC = 2 DC in the first space, 3 DC in the second space,
2DC crochet in the 3rd space, 3 DC in the 3rd space.  continue the same pattern all the way around.  SS closed.  (50 DC)

Real Teal
4th Row: Chain 1, SC in the next 4 stitches, chain 2,  SC in the next 4 stitches, chain 2 continue the same pattern all the way around.
SS closed.

5th Row:  Chain 4 attach to the next space top with a slip stitch, chain 4 connect to the next space with a slip stitch, continue this way until you finish the round.  SS closed

6th Row:  On the first chain 4 space crochet as follows - 1 sc, 1hdc, 1 dc, 1 tc, chain 2, 1 tc, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, Do the same all the way around on each chain four chains.  SS closed.

Turquoise
The Button Center:     Make an (MR) SC 12 in the ring.  Pull tight and SS closed.  Attach it to the center of the flower.

Light Minty Or Blue
Single thread here.

Chain Edge:     Attach to the outer edge of the 4th row.  Chain 3 attach to the 3rd space of the chain 4.  and chain three attach where the fourth row attaches.  Chain 3  attach to the 3rd space of the chain 4 .
Continue to end.  It looks kind of like lace

Hide your strings by weaving in and out with a yarn needle.
Attach to the front of your basket with matching yarn and a yarn needle.

After you get fully around immediately sc into the
first chain 4 to start row 6.

Crochet these petals all the way around.

Use the coffee-colored yarn to darn
a little if you have to.

Make a magic ring using two yarn threads of turquoise.
Sc 12 into the MR pull tight and ss securly.
Tie the 4 strands of thread together and pull through the center.
Tie them together with the Cafe Latte threads in the back.
Cut what you need and weave in all the loose threads.

The bottom photo is a rectangle shape (Granny Rectangle)?
I made this into one piece.  The flower is not an applique here.
It is crocheted together.  I decided to call it "Flower In The Desert".
