Susan's Zucchini Nut Banana Bread 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar 1 and 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 cup oil   (suggest canola oil)   (someone suggested to me using 1/2 cup apple sauce and 1/2 cup oil to cut the fat) 3 eggs (beat with fork) 1 cup grated raw zucchini - (dab dry with paper towel until almost dry) 1 cup mashed ripe bananas 2 1/2 heaping teaspoons sour cream 2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp allspice or cinnamon 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup chopped nuts of choice (suggest pecans or walnuts) Other option: Add 1 and 1/4 cups raisins *Mix all top ingredients together well* Sift 3 level cups of flour then gradually add to mixture and mix well. Spray two bread pans with non-stick cooking spray well,   then distribute mixture evenly. Turkey Meatballs  :Here Photo   Ground Turkey Zucchini Spaghetti  Meat Sauce (Healthy Crockpot Recipe) Ingredients . 2 (28oz) cans diced tomatoes . 1 can (12oz) tomato paste , 2 mounded Tbs Oregano . 1 teaspoon salt . 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper . 2 pound ground turkey (Honeysuckle) . 2 TBS parsley flakes . 2 or 3 garlic cloves diced . 1 Lrg, zucchini diced ( If you want you could add onions and peppers - I serve them separately in a dish on the table.) Directions:  Crumble the ground turkey into small pieces and add to the sauce and all other ingredients. Stir and make sure it is completely down into the sauce and cook on high for high for 5-6 hours or low 6 -7 hours. Check and stir occasionally.  Stir cooked sauce, taste, and add more seasoning as needed, if needed. Serve over pasta. Turkey Pepperoni Meatballs (Family Loved And Approved) Prep Time 25 mins. Cook Time 15 - 18 mins. Total Time 60 mins. ingredients .   12 ounces deli pepperoni (sliced) .   16 ounces mushrooms .   1/2 of a medium onion .   4 cloves garlic .   2 pounds ground (honeysuckle turkey) frozen and thawed. .   4 eggs .   1 and 1/2 cup milk .   2 and 1/2 cups panko Italian breadcrumbs .   1 sleeve of saltine crackers crumbled .   2 1/2 tsp teaspoons salt .   1 and 1/2 teaspoon pepper .   1 teaspoon paprika instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Add the pepperoni to a food processor.* Pulse thoroughly until it is ground completely . Then add it to the large bowl. 3. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the food processor and pulse until ground. 4. Add the ground turkey, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs and crackers, salt, pepper, and paprika. 5. Line a large baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray.
