We gave out 39 Blankets, including veteran blankets, to the nursing home and two comfort toys. 12 blankets to a grieving family. 2 more veteran blankets. Grandmas Blankets is a sowing ministry of our church. What we give is supplied by the loving donations and time of our church people. We also have had donations from others that just care about this ministry.  Thank you for your donations.  They are greatly appreciated.     

     Putting Up Christmas Decorations?....... Well,Working On That Too. I have completed one.  I have to weave in the strings of one and finish the outer border on one.  I need to weave in those strings as well. I will give you more information about them sometime today if not today tomorrow. I'm going to store these away along with the many more blankets that I have. Susan's Phone Pics April 2020 They have been laundered and sanitized.  They are both in new condition. We were told they were never used, but they were stored for a long period of time. They also donated a quality flannel blanket.   I don't know what their names were, but Thank you.

5 Honoring Throws 2019 This is a continuous project throughout the year.

Grandmas Blankets Update I've had to postpone the delivery of food to the Mission. We will, Lord willing, send the groceries out closer to Thanksgiving. Blankets are getting ready to be delivered to a grieving family who unexpectantly lost their 54 yr old Husband, Father.  He was the only provider.  Personal supplies and laundry supplies are also going to the family. A blanket is also being delivered to an elderly man who has been injured in a fall.  I think he's close to 90 years old. His wife is also close to 90 yrs. We also gave a crocheted tote and a small quilt  to a lady who had a stroke. Please pray. I'm working on 15 throws  for a nursing home near Hinckley. They will be sent out before Thanksgiving. We Are Working On Three  Dinosaur Blankets And Toys Here At Grandma's Blankets: 2 Done One To Go We are working on 2 of the blankets and I'm about to start on number three. I'm nearly finished with the dinosaur I've been working on.  Then I will have two more to make.   I will send you updates upon the completion of the projects.   Then we will be able to send out two boxes and start filling another.
