Follow The Link To My Granddaughter's Dress   I put a lining on the inside. I do not have my new serger set up yet. I did finish all my edges with a zigzag stitch. I hemmed both layers. I both sewed and glued the bling around the waist. I used "Fabric Fusion" Glue. I put a hook and eye above the first button.   I still have a few things to do to the dress. I have some work to do on the buttonholes. I need to reinforce each button. Put a hem in both layers of fabric at the bottom.
